“SHOCHU MEDLEY” in May 2012
We will present a selection of Shochu every week in the month of May 2012 to showcase the most recommended varieties in NYC. This will include 4 or 5 brands of Shochu served throughout the meal at promotional discounted price.
“Shochu Medley” will give you a chance to sample the brands that are not currently available on our menu. Also, you will be introduced to many ways of enjoying Shochu, such as rocks, with (hot) water, with tea (green tea, Jasmin tea, Oolong tea) and with soda.
The followings are the list of selections:
5/4 - 5/10 Akakirishima, Aragoshi Rumino-umeshu, Kannoko, Tenpai, Fusanotsuyu
5/11-5/17 Fukiage, Kaikouzu, Lento, Kozuru-Migaki
5/18-5/24 Tsukushi, Kuro-Shiranami, Hakutake, one more brand to be announced
5/25-5/31 Gokoo, Jinkoo, Gyokuro, Yosaku, Zuisen
